Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information Naked & Nu ("we", "us", "our") collects when you visit this website or sign up for launch updates, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language rather than dense legal text.

Information we collect

Right now, this site collects one thing: the email address you give us when you sign up for launch updates. We don't use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site at this stage.

How we use your information

We use your email address to send you occasional updates about Naked & Nu — things like our launch date, where to buy, early offers, and stockist announcements near you. We don't sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone else.

Email delivery

We use a third-party email service provider to send these updates and to manage the signup list. That provider processes your email address on our behalf, under its own privacy and security practices, solely to deliver the emails we ask it to send.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at hello@nakedandnu.com and we'll remove you from the list. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you — we may keep a record that you opted out, so we don't accidentally re-add you later.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed, plus a short period afterwards in case you unsubscribe and want records cleared. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, just ask.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including relying on reputable, security-conscious providers for email delivery. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we don't collect anything more sensitive than an email address at this stage.

Children's privacy

Naked & Nu is an alcoholic beverage brand. This site and its signup form are not intended for anyone under the legal drinking age in their country, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone underage.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes, we'll update this page and adjust the date at the top.
